It’s that time again. For a few years now I have been a member of the Nespresso World’s 50 Best Restaurants Academy – which means I’m one of the many judges that help choose the annual list of the world’s 50 best restaurants for Restaurant Magazine (out of the U.K.). It’s an honour and I’m happy to take part. The list (sponsored by S. Pellegrino) is always fascinating. Here is the top ten of the new roster (announced today). No Canadians in the top 50, I fear.
