From these votes, Restaurant magazine (origin of the San Pellegrino World\u2019s Best Restaurants awards) compiles a list of the UK\u2019s Top 100 Restaurants. The following from food writer Becky Paskin of BigHospitality:<\/p>\n<p>The Ledbury named Restaurant of the Year at National Restaurant Awards 2010<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.addtoany.com\/share_save#url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.bighospitality.co.uk%2Fdefault.aspx%3Fpage%3Darticles%26ID%3D205705&amp;title=The%20Ledbury%20named%20Restaurant%20of%20the%20Year%20at%20National%20Restaurant%20Awards%202010%20%7C%20BigHospitality.co.uk&amp;description=\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0<strong>The Ledbury has tonight been named National Restaurant of the Year, beating The Fat Duck and Bistro Bruno Loubet to the top spot the year\u2019s National Restaurant Awards 2010.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Led by Australian chef Brett Graham, the Notting Hill restaurant also received the Best Front of House Award.<\/p>\n<p>Other awards handed out by Restaurant Magazine at the Grand Connaught Rooms in London tonight (11 October) included The Restaurateurs\u2019 Choice, which went to Restaurant Nathan Outlaw, and Best Gastropub, which went to The Hardwick in Abergavenny.<br \/>\nClaude Bosi of Hibiscus in London, which earlier this year broke into the S.
